What if my plant arrives damaged?

We take great care in preparing and packaging your plants to ensure they arrive safely.

Since deliveries are handled by third-party couriers, we are unfortunately unable to replace or refund items if the damage was caused during transit or courier mishandling, as this is outside our control.

However, if your order arrives with unexpected damage not related to delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us by sending us an email to hello.serenaph@gmail.com or send us a message through our Facebook Messenger. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement free of charge, or provide a refund as an alternative.

Do you offer delivery?

At the moment, we do not offer our own delivery service. However, we will book a third-party courier for you or arrange for pick-up once your order is ready.

How delivery works:

When will I get my order?

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 3–5 days for preparation. When your order is ready, we will inform you for an arrangement for delivery or personal pick-up.

Our operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Where are you located?

We’re based in Greenwoods Executive Village, Paliparan 1, Dasmariñas, Cavite.

Our shop is home-based, so we don’t have a physical storefront, but orders can be picked up or booked for courier delivery once ready.

Pick-ups and courier bookings should be scheduled within these hours.

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We gladly accept bulk and corporate orders for events, office spaces, and gifts.

We are DTI-registered and can provide official receipts. Simply send us a message on Facebook Messenger so we can assist you.
